At Lush Collections, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn items in original packaging.

• Thank you for choosing our handmade body butters. We take great pride in crafting products that are rich, natural, and luxurious. To ensure a positive experience, please review our body butter purchase and shipping policy:
• All Sales Are Final
• Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all body butter purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Please read product descriptions carefully and contact us prior to purchase with any questions about ingredients or consistency.

Shipping During Hot Weather (May–September)

Our body butters are made with natural oils and butters that can melt in high temperatures. During the warmer months, we take special precautions:

• Shipping Schedule: Orders may be shipped Monday–Wednesday only to reduce weekend transit time and minimize heat exposure.
• Packaging: We include insulated packaging and/or cold packs when necessary. However, we cannot guarantee prevention of melting during transit.
• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve packages promptly from mailboxes or doorsteps. We are not responsible for melted products due to heat during delivery or if left unattended.

If your body butter arrives melted, simply place it in the refrigerator to resolidify. While the texture may change, the quality and benefits of the ingredients remain the same.

REFUND POLICY

• Processing: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return on DEFECTIVE/ LC Errors ONLY!
• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Gift Returns: Eligible for store credit only.
• Shipping Charges: Non-refundable.
